Customer Issue: The Millars had to store a lot more materials since their last cleaning, and the attic needed reorganizing and cleaning again.
Our Solution: Since a couple of members of the team had already been inside this particular attic, even though it was a long time ago, navigating and clearing it was easier than usual. Once the walls, floor, and rafters were all dusted and scrubbed, the items were reorganized inside.
Customer Issue: Wanted to prevent rodents from getting inside his home.
Our Solution: Our team first carried out a general assessment of the customer's attic and then cleaned and decontaminated it using commercial grade solutions, removing all signs of past infestations such as droppings, urine, food sources and nesting remnants. We then sealed all cracks, gaps and spaces that could serve as entry points.
